1st Production Bonus Ceremony held at Petrus Indonesia Workshop on the 25th of April 2013 to appreciate the Production Supervisors, Leaders and Workers for their effort in achieving daily targets in order to raise the Customer’s Satisfaction, Service Quality and Delivery time. The Daily targets, set by Supervisors and approved by Operational Manager, applies to Mechanical, Electrical, Fabrication and Rewinding Sections. This competition with monthly monetary awards, will raise Productivity and motivate the Petrus teams further.
The winning awards for the Month of April 2013, goes to Painting Department followed by Rewinding Department, Mechanical Department and Electrical Department.
